  I am giving this Imo Pizza a one star. The new customer service employees were horrible on phone. I received the wrong order. Called back for correct order that i paid for. Its 3 1/2 hrs later no order. How can a business accept your money but fail to deliver item. Its truly bad for business. I think the owner needs to evaluate in the past years excellent reviews. In the past year poor reviews. In order to continue to profit, the owner has to ensure customers their business matters. The owner should not take the customers for granted. Meaning..if the order is not correct. Then correct the order. Don't take the general public money and give them nothing. After all the general public are the ones that are keeping him in the 8400 block of Olive

  First off I just literally moved across the street from this imos... let me say, avoid avoid avoid... order from a different one. A man with a thick accent told me that them getting my phone number wrong was my fault. Then after the 100 ft walk home I found my marinara to my stl box frozen solid. Now I order about one of these a week and never got one frozen. I came back across the street with it and he told me it's always frozen or cold... then told me I was whining about cold marinara... I will never go back here unless I see a sign that it is under new managment... not to mention it had more Flys inside than a hippos butt.
