  Every time I've ordered from this place it's been a headache. Pizza always takes hours, you call and the employees are rude. This does not apply to everyone obviously. We had NO problems with the manager fixing it the first time that our pizza took two hours to deliver a few months back. It was a pain but they apologized, took the time to make another and delivered it while refunding our money.
  
  The second time it happened, not so much. After being on the phone for 10 minutes arguing with us about how they didn't drop the ball (they did) they said they will remake the pizzas and deliver. The pizzas got to my home literally 10 minutes later. Needless to say that they were not newly made. They were the old pizzas that they had made over 1 1/2 hours ago that were just warmed up.
  
  If you're going to order food here, stick with going to pick it up or just order delivery elsewhere.

  I had called today 03/14/17 and placed an order for delivery. They were quick on delivery but I did find two pieces of hair on just one slice. Made me disgusted that I threw away the whole pizza.
  
  Thank you guys for that extra toping.
